omfg no GameGuard. Confirmation 8 total characters in Live. It doesn't appear to be on patcher as of this post.

i have the game pre-ordered and when they say patch do they mean there going to update the ob client to a live client or do i have to d/l another client or wait till i recieve the game from gamestop.

You just update the existing client come time for preselect.

I got my names ready, cant wait

But knowing my luck I will get some random power cut or something

a little over 3 hours to pre-select. getting anxious for a patch.

I thought the NCSoft loader could do background downloads? So could some of this stuff could have patched while we were sleeping?

I ran my launcher and it's not updating and GG is still running. The launcher is showing updated 5 days ago.

Hi all,

Go into your launcher help section at the top of the launcher then go to the about tab it should say 1.5.13.3.

If it does not then close and re-open your launcher it only take 5 secounds to update.

Also the patch is out now and is less than 10mb

mine keeps insisting on 1.5.0.6, which gets me to the login splash screen, but I type in the fields and hit the button but it just hangs.

1.5.13.4 was last one i got

When I look at my NCSoft Launcher, the Aion entry is now gone from the "Installed" section. My GF also has the missing Aion selection.

Its like 30 minutes after Preselection is supposed to start and now I don't even have the option to launch Aion

Not me.. but i still cant get in so your not missing anything lol.. all i noticed is mine gave a little update and went from 1.5.13.3 to 1.5.13.4

version 1.5.13.4 is the newest launcher version. the game is still on 1.5.0.6.

launcher version is found if you click About in the help section at the top of the launcher. but the game version is found if you click properties after right clicking Aion on the select games part of the launcher.

for some reason, mine still hangs at the login screen as well. after a few minutes it just disconnects me from the server. i assumed it was from having thousands of people all trying to connect at the same time, but i dont know anyone who has actually connected yet

woot, just got in, its all up and running now
